my name is Ben Sheehan and I live in Ballyvolane  Cork
I love playing soccer and i love going to gym
when i am older i want to be a fitness coach.
and i love Liverpool soccer team.

i am 17 year old and i play soccer with Rockmount  and i have 5 caps for Ireland.
i am captain for my school.
